I'm Laura, a trauma-informed author and coach who grew up with a narcissistic/borderline mother. After 20 years of self-help and therapy that never worked, I spent another decade researching and healing my mother wound from the inside out.
Over the last several years, I've learned that life beyond recovery consists of a series of "uplevels" that require you to let go of your old self and embrace the new. Rebirth is not a one and done event, but a recurring phenomenon that we have to continually expand to embody.
